How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
All renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age, at least 21 years old (extra fees apply). top

How are rentals priced?
All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period. top

What do one day, week-end & week rental mean?
One day rental means 24 hours,week-end is 3 days begining thursday,friday or even saturday,1 week is 7 days. top

What do I need to bring with me?
All renters must present a valid driver license, with photograph, at the time of rental. Also, you will need to bring a credit card and proof of insurance(Cdn residents) if you have,if not we do provide insurance. top

How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation we will need to run a credit card authorization and verify insurance coverage prior to your rental if you have. You can supply all necessary information over the phone at 416-219-5266 or 416-999-2006. top

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time in order to avoid being charged up to one day's rental fee. top

Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, you must present a valid credit card (debit card with a logo), in renter's name at the time of the rental. A credit card authorization approval will be requested prior to rental to be used as a deposit, this is only an authorization, not a charge. The authorization varies between $3,000 and $5,000 depending on the vehicle.we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Final payment will be applied to authorized credit card or cash. top

Are additional drivers permitted?
Additional driver must meet the same age and driver license requirement and be present at the time of rental. top

Do you deliver cars at the airport & hotels?
Yes, we have services to all airports & hotels in the Greater Toronto Area & Hamilton. top

Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
Yes, we'll deliver your vehicle to any location. We ask the renter to be present at the time of drop off. We will need to complete paperwork and review the proper vehicle operation. top

Are the cars allowed out of province?
No, for insurance purposes, all vehicles are required to stay within the province of Ontario. top

Is off-roading permitted?
No, no matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they will not use the vehicle for off-roading, racetrack, or illegal purposes. top

Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No, for the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if policy is violated. top

What happens if I'm involved in a traffic accident?
First, seek medical attention if needed. Secondly, for insurance purposes and your protection, you must file a police report. Then contact us so we are aware of the situation. top

What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
It is unlikely since all our vehicles are late models. However, each vehicle is protected by a 24 hour road-service plan which covers such items as: Flat tire, lock out, towing, and fuel delivery. You simply call the phone number provided with the vehicle and help is on the way. top

Do you lease cars for short term or long term period?
Yes, we do. Actually we offer affordable rates for short term & long term period. top
